1. Add Passengers

All Passenger(s) should be recorded in this log.

Passengers will be organized by Date Embarked.

2. Add Amenities

Here you can add the Amenities Used by Each Passenger

Use your confirmation # to lookup or go to the Passenger Dashboard.

Daily Nav-Watch Turnover

Nav Watch Turnover should be completed every Master Nav Watch Shift Switch.

Payroll

This sheet is to be filled out every two weeks. While it no longer needs to be emailed as data is automatically updated, all personnel must sign the payroll sheet before disembarking the vessel or before the sheet is submitted to the office. By signing this document, the employee certifies that their payroll is accurate.

Crewchange Pay Policy:

  • Disembarking Crew:
    [0000-0559 No Pay]
    [0600-1759 Half Day]
    [1800-2359 Full Day]

For crew who crewchange from the office, time starts when they are instructed to depart the office and ends when the crewchange truck arrives at the office. For crew who drive directly to and from the vessel, time starts and ends when they embark and disembark the vessel.
